In order for them to promote their school, they decided to have their first ever website where students can register easily, view the list of activities in the whole school year and students can even chat with one of the admin if someone is available. The website that the researchers aim to develop includes online registration of the students through creating an account.

Having the website, there is an ease of access and online communication can be possible. The site features online chatting;interactions between the students and the school through sending of inquiries; calendar of events that serves as a reminder for the students and a bulletin for the announcements of the school.

The researchers chose this school because of its lack of exposure. The researchers think that if the school will have an online registration website, perspective students will increase and it can also be known not only in the town of Baliuag, but also to other regions through the power of search engine optimization.

Aside from that, knowing more about the school anytime and anywhere can be possible with just a click to the computer. The proposed project is really an advantage not only to the school, but also to students and music industry.

1.2 Project Context

For students, a school is the place where they will focus more on subjects that requires memorizing, handwriting and discussions. Different courses about science, philosophy and others are also involved. One field of study that has less attention is “music”. It is an irony that a lot of people are very fond of listening to music and playing different instruments but the number of students who take such field of study is inferior. Some universities have music courses but a large percentage of schools do not have this. In Baliwag, one of the independent school that focuses on music is the “Baliuag School of Music” located at 4th floor Juzmag Bldg. Plaza Naning Poblacion, 3006 Baliuag, Philippines. Being in the fourth floor of Juzmag Bldg., catching the attention of the people is hard to do so the researchers aim to produce a website for the school.

In this way, the school will be able to improve its advertising issues as well as develop more talented students. The teachers of the school earn a lot of awards in music such as “Dangal ng Baliwag sa Larangan ng Musika” and “European Grand Prix Champion”. Their goal of being the leading music institution which will be the centre of musical and artistic excellence in the region can be achieved by having a website to catch more attention of the students, therefore having the chance to develop their skills and talents. Its manual procedure is inquiring personally to the school. Upon enrollment, a student is given a Schedule Slip, which indicates his/her schedule of classes at BSM. If for some reason the student is requested a change in schedule, he/she may inform the secretary one week before the implementation of the new schedule. BSM shall send a text message to the student one day before his/her scheduled lesson to remind him/her of the said schedule.

To help the students in knowing the answers in their inquiries such as a query about their schedules, enrolment procedures, payment methods, etc. This can be achieved through online chat. 4. To have an organized and hassle free registration process through the use of computer.

1.4 Scope and Limitations of the Study

The developer makes it more useful and adds more features .The Development and Acceptability of Website for Baliuag School of Music is excellent in informing students about the school, employees, contact numbers, policies and terms, courses offered, history, mission and vision, achievements of the students and teachers. For the interested students the researchers made a registration and enrollment forms it also includes payment process through the use of Paypal. The website also contains sitemap for students with distant places. Availability of slots and managing schedules are a must to cope to have a organize way of teaching.

For the bona fide students, calendar of activities are present to keep updated on the important events. Another feature is having a chatbox, this is a conversation between the administrator and the student on line, only when one of the administrators is logged in.
