My name is XXX and I am currently pursuing bachelor of business, major in Human resources and also having diploma in agricultural engineering. I have worked as an Assistant project coordinator for Barbrakeen constructions Nig Ltd, where I have utilize my leadership skills in project.It is rightly said that colleagues, Peers and supervisors play a pivotal role in giving a true feedback of a person. Based on my interaction with my colleague the findings were that people say that I am extremely focussed in my life when it comes to important matters or taking important decisions. I pay attention to details and I am highly flexible, which makes me highly focused and adoptive (Argyris, 2017). I filtered down the skill after a careful analysis of my personality, taking test such as MBTI, Feedback from my tutors, colleagues, friends and family. I also went a step ahead and called few of my school mates and asked them their impression of mine. Moreover, I also did a competency benchmark analysis which helps me figure out the skill relevant to excel in the business environment like strong work ethics. When it comes to gaining knowledge many time I have found that I need improvement in self-confidence because in many situations started behaving like low-confident person who starts becoming nervous at crowd places and sometimes feel low esteemed person. As we know that current time is of globalization and the world is changing very fast. Hence, I have decided to make an improvement in this section of my weakness (Armstrong & Taylor, 2014). As I am highly motivated person so in case of failure or setback, I do not like to give up. I always try to find out the reason for my failure and try to improve upon those reasons. As my aim is to become one of the prestigious Human resource managers so to achieve my aim of developing my own agriculture company which can provides jobs to youth of my community. With the help of studying articles, seeing interviews of top Human resource executives regarding agriculture field and also try to generate practice aspect of these theories. I am certain that as the business world is changing, there will definitely be a need for strong work ethics in the world (Bolden, 2016). I selected this skill to reflect upon based on the relevancy of the skill in the present business scenario; moreover the skill is extremely helpful in the resolving the problems within the organization.
As I am very much interested in Human resource and also see it as my professional goal. I know that in many cases the personal goal gives its reflection on professional goal of any individual (Bryson, 2017). My blueprint for aim scenery is founded on my ambition to have a job in a top Agriculture corporation at the position of Human resource executive. All these modules will help me in starting my career with confidence and I will be better equipped with knowledge for my dream of agriculture company (Katzenbach & Smith, 2015).
