Teamwork is collaborative efforts which are made by the team to accomplish a goal or to conduct the activities in the right manner. It has been seen that if there is proper coordination in the team then it can be easy to manage the activities in the right direction. Therefore it can be stated that organization should focus on managing the teamwork so that it can be easy to accomplish goals and objectives in an effective manner.

To work in the team will enhance the collaboration and also helps to allow brainstorming. Through brainstorming it can be simple to gather the ideas and opinion of the individual and also through this the complex activities can be simplified of the organization. It is one of the effective methods that help to conduct the activities in the right direction (Rees, Breen, Cusack & Hegney, 2015).
It has been evaluated that two or more people are always beneficial for solving the conflicts and also in competing for the tough tasks with innovative and creative ideas. It has been evaluated that teamwork also boosts the communication between the team members (Certo, 2018).
Teamwork helps to encourage face to face communication. Through proper teamwork, the employees of the company are encouraged to offer various ideas and suggestions and also they can share their views about their progress. In managing the teamwork it is the duty of the other members of the team to listen in a proper way so that proper suggestions can be given. In teamwork, only the suggestions are build which is given by the other team members (Cardon, 2014).
Teamwork is beneficial for the organization as it has been seen that from this there are various creative ideas that can be generated by having the team. As there are many people who have different thoughts and ideas and through this, they can give their opinion which can boost the creativity in context to the organization activities. It is important for the company to focus on managing the team or to make proper teams so that in a managed way the activities can take place (Goetsch & Davis, 2014).
For instance, if a person is assigned the task to complete the staffing process then if he or she is finding difficulty to complete this task then in this case team is important. A team not only give assistance or support to other people but also enhance the entire creative process. They can motivate or suggest the way for the other person to complete the task. In this way, the assigned activities can be completed with proper efficiency and guidance.
Teamwork also helps to expand the ideas. As individuals can give some ideas but if teamwork is there in the company the ideas can be expanded by considering the ideas and views of the other members so in this context it can be beneficial for the company. The ideas that are generated can give an opportunity to the company to achieve profits and also satisfaction level of the customers (Minas, Dennis & Massey, 2016).
For example: if one idea is given by the employee then can be improvised by the other employee. Effective teamwork can help the company to attain the competition prevailing in the market or to compete with the other competitors who are present in the market.
Teamwork also enhances the motivation level of the employees. The employees can feel satisfied and happy at the time of conducting the activities of the company. It has been seen that if the employee is facing any problem at the time of doing any activity then another group member can help and give support which gives a positive impact on the entire activities of the company. The employees can be easily feeling motivated when they are doing their activities in a group (Guillén, Ferrero & Hoffman, 2015).
When employees are working in the team it can be simple to maintain the effective relationships. In the company where teamwork exists it has been seen that it can be easy to build good relations between the employees and also it helps to employees to conduct the activities through proper coordination. To establish or conduct the operations of the company in the teamwork create a positive environment for the employees and also they independently contribute towards the coworkers. When any conflict takes place it has been analyzed that the team must settle the problem and can share their opinion and views so that proper measure can be taken to solve the problem prevailing in the workplace (Lacerenza, Marlow, Tannenbaum & Salas, 2018).
Teamwork can also assist the companies to be more flexible. By employing different employees from a different background can help to achieve profits. As the employees with different background have different ideas in context of the activities. Therefore, it can be stated that teamwork can enhance the flexibility of the company and can focus on considering the positive results to achieve growth in a proper manner (Njoroge & Yazdanifard, 2014).
Innovation is also considered as the factor that can be considered through teamwork. There are many companies who consider teamwork to create an environment which excels at creativity. The organizations sometimes focus on their corporate structure to enhance the teamwork in the workplace. In the workplace, the employees should be set free to make their teams so that in an effective manner the activities can be conducted (Totterdill, 2015).
It has been seen that when the coordination is only enhanced when employees make their team and it will also boost the creativity and innovation. Innovation and creativity is also the factor that can be considered through teamwork. Different people have a different way of thinking and also they have different creativity level. Some don’t have the creativity but some have the creativity to make the ideas more creative so in this way, if teamwork is there then it can be simple to foster the creativity and innovation in the workplace (Lantz, Sjöberg & Friedrich, 2016).
