The report helps in analysis of the personal SWOT analysis along with analysis of the strengths, weaknesses along with threats and opportunities that will assist in understanding the eligibility to fit in the Vodafone Company that is based in Australia. The SWOT analysis that is done on the personal basis will help in understanding the guidance that is required to be maintained in order to fit in the organization. The critical assessment of the reasons of placed or misplaced within Vodafone will be assessed in an effectual manner.
The main aim and purpose of the report is to discuss the self-improvement for the continuous improvement in an effectual manner. The SWOT analysis is required to be performed in order to analyse the different kind of self-improvement tactics for the continuous kind of improvement in the organization.
The structure of the report will include the usage of the three naturally occurring data that includes conversations, corporate artefacts along with different kind of conversations as well. Proper personal SWOT analysis is required to be done in order to understand the reflection on providing the feedback and the analysis of fitting in the organization as well.
Vodafone Organization is one of the large size telecommunication organization and is one of the multinational company. The respective company has different kind of branches around the entire world and this has helped them in increasing the profitability of the organization. It has been seen that Vodafone is one the largest companies in comparison to the other telecommunication companies in the world. Vodafone Organization has adopted the authoritative structure of the organization and this will help in competing with the different kind of organizations in the market. Presently, the marketing manager is the position that has been taken in the Vodafone, Australia Company (Bettis et al., 2014).
While working in Vodafone Australia, I worked in the company as Marketing Manager wherein I utilised my communication skills in order to communicate with the employees along with customers in the organization (Pearlson, Saunders & Galletta, 2016). The communication skills are essential in nature in handling the different kind of marketing activities of the company. Proper communication is essential in nature as this has helped in managing the different queries of the clients along with handling the different kind of plan related queries from the customers as well (Galliers & Leidner, 2014).
However, there were different kind of issues that the communication was ineffective in nature as the organizational structure of the rigid in nature. It was seen that there were different kind of situations in the market wherein the query of the employees was not solved by the higher officials as they did not provide proper importance and the lower level employees did not have the right to communicate with the higher officials directly (Hill, Jones & Schilling, 2014). These created huge issues in the organization and this demotivated the employees in an ineffectual manner as well.
Furthermore, the importance of communication helps in strengthening the relationship with the employees along with building rapport with the different individuals and customers in the organization in an appropriate manner as well. Proper conversation is essential in nature in the organization as this helped me in handling all the activities effectually. The emails have been used during the performance of the tasks wherein the different emails have been used to convey the messages to the superiors or the employees along with customers as well (Lasserre, 2017).
It was seen that the lack of engagement among employees in the organization wherein it reduced the morale and satisfaction among the employees in the organization. The expanded workload on the employees has affected the morale of the employees and proper ethics has to be analysed that has helped in developing different kind of changes in the organization in an appropriate manner (Galliers & Leidner, 2014).

As per the personal SWOT analysis, it can be analysed that I have different kind of opportunities along with strengths. There are different kind of threats along with weaknesses in me wherein it will become ineffective for me to work in Vodafone Organization wherein it has been seen that the proper feedbacks have been provided to me by the different officials in Vodafone Company has guided me to enhance my different skills to improve the different weaknesses and make them my strength in the business as well (Trigeorgis & Reuer, 2017). Furthermore, it has been seen that I possess the different kind of qualities of becoming good marketing manager wherein I have the strengths that include proper communication skills that is required to communicate in an effectual manner (Slack, 2015).
I have the ability communicate with all the staffs in the organization wherein I will be able to solve the different kind of grievances of the consumers in an effectual manner and solve the same with proper implementation of different kind of strategies along with technological advancements as well (Bromiley et al., 2015). As a marketing manager, I have the entire ability to be a proper team leader and solve the different kind of queries of the employees and customers in an appropriate manner as well. Proper ascertainment is made in the organization as this has helped me in managing conflicts and solve the issues as a great leader in the organization.
I need to maintain proper creativity and team leading skills wherein proper kind of communication is essential in nature in the organization to handle the different kind of conflicts effectually. The extensive reading capability will help me in managing the different employees in the organization wherein I have to remain focused on gaining competitive advantage in the entire market and solve the queries effectually (Rothaermel, 2015). As a team leader, I need to manage the issues faced by the organization along with the employees effectually and appropriately that will help me in making a good team leader appropriately.
However, I need to focus on becoming more organized in nature along with being more creative in nature to handle the different kind of issues and can create different kind of marketing plans for the respective company named Vodafone Company as well. The extensive kind of reading is essential in nature that is required to be adopted by me as to work in an organization with proper implementation of different kind of resources effectually with patient kind of attitude as well.
Lastly, I can fit in the organization in an effectual manner wherein this will help me in managing the different tasks with better kind of attitude and solve the grievances of the customers in an effectual manner. I have to work more on the different kind of opportunities and strengths as this will help in understanding the issues and solving them appropriately as well. I need to handle the different kind of problems that has been faced by the different team members in a more effective manner.
With the professional skills that has been possessed by me, I have seen that there are different kind of strengths. I have applied my strengths in handling the different kind of professional skills wherein I had the ability to handle the grievances of the clients along with providing the employees with the proper knowledge about the tasks. I feel I have been placed in the organization as I possess the English speaking and communication skills that is the most essential segment in the marketing manager profile.
Furthermore, proper ascertainment is required in nature wherein I need to provide proper value on the different kind of threats that can create hurdle in the job of mine. I need to handle the distraction that has been due to the disorganized nature of mine. However, I tried to become team worker and become a good transformational leader who will help the different employees or the team members in maintaining proper relationship with all the employees effectually in the organization.
Lastly, I tried to handle the team members by providing proper views on their viewpoints as this assisted and helped me in dealing with different kind of difficult situations in the organization as well. I feel according to me; proper communication skills are the most essential part in the organization as this helps in managing the team hurdles and work in an effective and appropriate manner as well. I tried to apply the different communication power and skills in managing the team and I was successful in doing the same as well.
According to me, I need to provide proper focus on the different kind of aspects that can be our threat and weaknesses to handle in an effectual manner. I have to develop proper creativity skills in the organization as this will help me in future in handling the different kind of situations effectually. Proper creativity and extensive reading is essential in nature that will help me in being more organized and become creative in nature as well. I need to gather proper training and experience regarding the different kind of elements and this will help me in becoming a good kind of team leader in an effectual manner.
Furthermore, I need to take proper professional training from the company officials as this will help me in handling the conflicts. I have to myself reduce the different kind of threats along with weaknesses from the tasks that has been performed by me and solve such issues in an effectual manner. I need to take proper steps as this will assist me in growing the creativity skills that is required in team work. Proper team work is essential in nature wherein I will become more patient and the proficient English will help me in solving the issues effectually.
Conclusion
Therefore, it can be concluded that proper ascertainment is required to be generated by Vodafone Australia as this helped the marketing official in handling the different kind of conflicts effectually. The personal SWOT analysis has been done wherein this helped in understanding the issues that has been caused to me due to the weaknesses that I possessed. I did not have proper team work skills along with creativity skills that was required in the marketing manager in handling the conflicts.
Furthermore, proper communication skills have been adopted by the respective organization that has helped in managing the different kind of conflicts along with analysis of the issues that has to be solved in an effectual manner as well. Proper design skills have to be analysed in an effectual manner that helped me in providing professional skills and the training helped in managing the different conflict in an effectual manner.
Lastly, proper career development programs have been organized by the respective company Vodafone that has helped me in understanding the issues and solved the conflicts among the different group members in an effectual manner. The patient and careful kid of attitude has helped me in handling the issues that has caused huge trouble in solving the different kind of problems in the company in an effectual manner as well.
