This report will focus on preparing a business model canvas on the specific company named Boeing Australia. The business model canvas is one of the best business model tools by which one can understand about the company. The chief purpose of this report is to analyze the different issues that have been identified about this company. There are nine building blocks in this BMC and there is a strong relationship between these nine building blocks. The headquarters of this company is located at Brisbane in Australia (Boeing.com.au, 2018). The total number of employees of Boeing Australia is more than 3000 as of now. They control almost seven subsidiary divisions in Australia that looks after the operations of the company all over the country (Boeing.com.au, 2018).
The different kinds of the products that are being offered to the clients by Boeing Australia are the commercial airliners, the aircrafts that are used for the Australian defense services, support for the aerospace devices, the devices which are used for the military system in Australia, launch systems, the advance information and communication systems and many other devices (Boeing.com.au, 2018). Thus I would have made more profits by implementing some change tools. I would have trained my employees to gain the competitive advantage. Thus Boeing Australia would be able to be more successful.
