The article set out to locate the small businesses that are set up in communities with low populations which is less than ten thousand. The article lays the attention on managing the family businesses in small communities. The article intends to examine the research that was conducted on this and analyze the strategies that was formed by the managers of this business type.

The article uses a framework to examine the strategies that was used by the business that is owned by the family. It explains the planning of the objectives and defines the functions and roles of the managers.
The strength of the framework is it helps to determine the managerial functions. The weakness of the framework is it gives rise to few question, which are not clear about the characteristics of a small family business. The other would include the problems that might arise in family business.

In order to collect the data the author have used the method of survey. The article is not cross-cultural. It is restricted to one group of business makers and this is the reason it is not cross-cultural.

The data were analyzed by using the method of univariate analysis method and the cluster analysis method.
Findings and conclusion:
At the end of the research it can be stated that the four functional management activities were not completely captured as separate strategies. While analyzing the research this was found that the first group of managers practiced and controlling the strategies. It was also found that the family business management was less engaged in the management functions.

The objective of the authors was to clarify the understanding of several models existing in the company literature. The aim was to integrate strategic planning and decision- making along with operational decentralization.
Theory:
In this article, Porter’s configuration/ coordination framework was discussed and used based on the previous research. As per this framework, the organization is observed as a combination of nine general activities composed of value chain. These activities are responsible for creating an interdependent system with internal connections within them. This framework analyzes that the performance of each of those nine activities affects other’s performance in a dominant environment. Therefore, competitive advantage is gained carrying out the activities at a lower cost, by providing improved value and enhanced coordination.
Methodology:
There was nothing new introduced in this research and secondary sources of data was collected. The secondary sources of data included organizational reports and company literature. Global integration/ local responsiveness were used from a long time and for the current research too. However, this research was not based on any kind of cross- cultural factors.
Data analysis:
A qualitative analysis of secondary sources of data showed the way in which global integration/ local responsiveness perspective is different in the current article. The collected data showed that beyond a certain point, the intervention in research has a powerful negative effect. The data analysis showed that there is a high correlation with interconnected networking from the intensity of global initiatives.
Findings and conclusion:
According to this research, the I/R was regarded as an effective tool to draw a comparison among thirty types of organizations for multinational business organizations. The process adopted was helpful in determining the similarities and differences among the current network models. However, there were several limitations of the approach the undertaken for this research. The complex nature of the MNCs were not totally clarified in this research.

The article has adopted the evolution theory of strategic management. In order to do so the article has adopted the strategy of SWOT analysis. It shows the weaknesses as well as the strength of the company.
The strength of the theory is that it is helps in the formation of strategies that might be helpful for the development of the organization. Apart from this the weakness of the framework is that it is time consuming and sometimes the data keeps on changing.

The frameworks are strategies that are held responsible for the development of the business. The article consists of few theories that would enable the development of the environment of the workplace like, empowering every member of the team, creating awareness and clarity in the team, creating good communication, building trust and respect and maintaining the quality of listening and learning.
The strength of these theories is that this develops the morale of the employees and makes the work place a better place to work and the weakness of this is that the organizations might find it difficult to maintain the structure because of the lack of formation of proper structure.

The main objective behind this research was to highlight the companies, which were supported in a wide organizational culture to find out about their likeliness in formulating and implementing a strategy.
Theory:
The article has used a theoretical and experimental view on the significance of bearing a dynamic organizational culture created for sustaining modern strategic initiatives. As per organizational culture, a model of shared assumptions was used as an outcome for problem- solving in association with external adoption and internal combination. The use of the theory was not clarifies though, but the concept of organizational culture was beneficial in considering validity. It was transmitted to the new members in the group for correct perception and provided judgment on different problems. The author has desired to provide a theoretical and empirical view of on the significance of varied organizational culture required to sustain new tactical initiatives.
Methodology:
An empirical study was conducted based on to underline the importance of organizational strategy and culture. Eight Romanian construction companies were selected as the sample of this research with the intention of disclosing the relation between the organizational strategy and culture. The primary data was collected from a large sample size for better evaluation of the information. Two questionnaires were used to conduct a survey on organizational culture and strategic efforts. This article was cross- cultural as it has considered the different construction companies of Romania. Therefore, the difference in culture among different organizations played a role in this research to provide a cross- cultural dimension.
Data analysis:
A qualitative and quantitative analysis of the primary sources of data focused on the realization of association among a varied organizational culture of eight Romanian construction companies. The data analysis has shown that there is a relation between the organizational culture and strategy.

The research findings have focused on the fact that the companies struggling to make an impact in the business environment are looking for innovative ways to enhance performance by implementing new strategies.
