If the number of young pigs is more, then additional marketing has to be done, so that the food waste from the other sources, like hostels, individual houses, food waste left after the occasions would be explored.

Since the objective is to improve the cleanliness, in the society, when the same is achieved, with the initiative of the sources of food waste itself, the project can be scaled down, since, the objective is still achieved.
Unexpected expenses are quite common, when the new projects are initiated and the same would result in the shortage of the budget. And the shortage of the budget would decrease the profit and effectiveness of the project. However, the change can be resolved in many ways.
During the initial budget allocation, contingency fund has to be allocated and in this project $1000 are allocated for the same purpose. If the expenses are much more than this, overtime and additional efforts are to be made for scaling up the project to compensate the expenses, by increasing the productivity and profit.

The same standards are to be defined, before the project is started and the same quality processes are to be followed, for the entire life of the project, even while releasing the resources of the project (Marquis & Tilcsik, 2013).
Compliances related to the norms and regulations, set to follow, by the local government in pig farming are to be explored and discovered, before starting the project. Then after identification, certain norms are to be defined. Any of the deviation from these compliances are to be understood as the non-compliances. Upon identifying these non-compliances, immediate review has to be done, instantly. After review is done, the spot of the problem has to be identified, towards correcting the same.
In order to ensure that the project has been running with no deviation, certain tolerances are to be set, defined clearly and followed.
The schedule is prepared for 1 year ideally. The project control mechanism has been set to ensure that the project schedule should not exceed more than 18 months. More than 18 months of the project duration is considered to be un-tolerated condition (Anderson & Jeff, 2013).
Total cost of the project should not exceed $30,000, with expected expenditure of 10,000 for acquiring the resources required and remaining $20,000 for setting up the agribusiness. Though these expenses vary, the overall cost and budget should not be increased beyond $31,000.
Key performance indicators set to be followed. Quality standards are to be set for the pig farming. The necessary infrastructure and health are to be monitored continuously and immediate action has to be taken, once the issue is identified. For example, giving the treatment to the ill pigs, immediately, after identifying the health issue, when the health problem in the initial stages, is one of the quality standards.
The project has the objective of benefiting the society, with clear environment. If this benefit is not justified, by not marketing the cleanliness of the environment and if the pollution is increased, instead of minimizing the resulting no benefit is un-tolerated, in terms of project standards.
The project has a scope of dual benefit to the hotel industry and pig farming, with the by-product of cleaner environment of the society. Any effort or objective, beyond this scope is considered to be the scope, beyond the tolerance of the project.
Every project has to go through certain risks. Though risks are subjective, there is a tolerating point, where the project has to be justified to continue or terminate. For example, serious health or seasonal issues of the pig, in the country or continent has been going on currently, it should be considered as the tolerance and the commencement of the project has to be delayed, until the health issue of the pig is completely solved, in the local area (Little & Jason, 2014).
