In the recent years, the management structure is modified in this organization. Their co-founder Geoff Manchester becomes the managing director. The MD of such organization has been carried out the sustainability program by involving both internal and external stakeholders. Their management structure is good as they focus on the customer’s satisfaction as well as the employee development.
