It has been analysed by the author that the systematic approach is needed to be developed in the tourism industry in Australia. It has been mentioned in this study that the tourism industry in Australia need huge development. The government should be more active towards increasing the investment. From the research, it has been identified that due to Olympic, the availability of visitors in Australia has increased. On the other hand, the author has pointed out the importance of public investment in Olympic. It has been suggested by the author that if the tourism industry in Australia is needed to be developed, it needs to focus on bringing different strategic development. The issue which has been identified by the author is, due to improper public investment strategies the barriers between the industry and Olympic authority can be developed. Therefore, the author has mentioned that in order to develop the sustainable environment in the Sydney tourism industry, the potential strategies are needed to be developed. It has been also identified in this article that how the Olympic event impacts on the tourism industry in Australia.
After analysing the article it has been identified that the major strength of the article is it has clary mentioned the impact of Olympic event in the Australia tourism industry both the negative and positive way. It has been also identified that here are various field in the Sydney tourism industry, where the development is needed to be done. However, it has been also identified that the author has not elaborated much about the operations of Sydney tourism industry. Olympic is not the only influential factor in tourism industry of Sydney, which could be elaborated by the author for making the article more appropriate. However, this can be said that the strategies which have been discussed in the article will be helping the other organizations to get inspired.

After the development in Sydney tourism industry rate of employment and job opportunities have increased. It has been also discussed that it has cultural awareness among people has increased after the development of tourism industry. Due to rapid economic growth, Sydney has become the main priority in Australian tourism industry. It has been mentioned in this study that in the year 2012, near about $5 billion has been contributed in the country economy. Here the author has highlighted that by maintaining the partnership how Sydney has developed its vibrant tourism business. On the other hand, the article has mentioned about different fields where the development is needed to be done. It has been mentioned that destination development, destination marketing and destination management are three important element which are needed to be followed by Sydney tourism commission. As tourism is considered as the fastest growing sector in all over the world, therefore, if tourism business can be developed it will bring the employment opportunity as well as it will also provide the diversification in the industry.

After analysing the article, it has been identified that the strategies of the Australian tourist commission for increasing the rate of visitors. By taking the advantages of International Olympic Games the Australian tourism industry has developed different promotional strategies, which has brought development for both. However, the study has mentioned Olympic as the only attraction in Australia, therefore this can be said that the strategies developed by the Australian Tourist commission will not be applicable for whole year. On the other hand, this can be said that if the strategies will be followed by the other countries, they will be able to attract the visitors for attracting the visitors towards the company.

It has been mentioned that economy of a country also influences the cultural tourism. In the case of cultural tourism, the target market of the organization can defer depending on the preferences. Another way, this can be said that social and culture of a country impacts on the tourism industry. The article has identified different growth factors in cultural tourism industry. In this paper, the author has tried to shed light on the motivational factors of the cultural tourism. Behaviour and activities of the people are highly influential in cultural tourism.
