Simulation Analysis technique is also referred to as a computer-based exercise that generates a large number of situations and computes Net Present Value of each of them so as to find out the distribution of Net Present Value, its projected standard deviation and the value as a measure of risks. Simulation Analysis or Monte Carlo Simulation technique considers the interaction among variables and the probabilities of the change in the variables.
