A schedule of the project should be created for monitoring the progress of the project and competing the project within the estimated time created for the preparation of the project schedule. The calculation of the project budget is also important for recording the cost associated with the development of the project. The penalties that should be added for missing the deadline of the project should be added for completion of the project within the time. For the analysis of the third project the analysis of the planning, design and implementation phase and the expected time of completion of the project should be documented.
