The first product of the company known as Oracle Financials was introduced in the market in the year 1989, which helped them in establishing their foothold on the market (Johansson et al. 2015).
Microsoft- The Company mainly keeps their focus on the Tier II clients that are present in the ERP market and helps in providing the solutions to various domains of the business organization with respect to the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) (Erturk and Arora 2017).
