Health or diet supplements are commonly the groups of products available in different formats which act as the health supplements and enhance the health wellbeing. It was needed to find the effective suppliers for one or few of elements used in preparing the chosen diet supplement. There was the need for some business strategies to support the business expansion and also the profitability. Hence, the concept had come to the existence. Additionally, the BDM of the company had also sensed that the product can be a potential reputation gainer for the company. The report purposefully structures the needs for a new business strategy for the ABC Company. The purpose is being served through the findings of the business trip and also the related knowledge for the product.

The reason which prompted for selecting the product is its health benefits for diseases like diabetes and indigestion. With an intention to elevate the profit margins, the business development manager has decided to go with the chosen product. The plan is sensed as a potential strategy for the profitability of the business. The chosen diet supplement is possibly a potential product for the fulfilment of the purpose.
Description of the product
According to the scientific studies, arabica coffee and chlorogenic acids can be very effective in promoting the glucose management and supporting the pancreatic health. Additionally, arabica coffee can also help in vascular function and healthy blood flow (Craig et al., 2016). The product supports a healthy metabolism.
It has been mentioned that the product is beneficial a beneficial supplement for many issues. Glucose management is a challenge to diabetic patients. This is because of the improper management of diets and in some cases not following the prescribed dosages & other precautions. Food mismanagement does badly affect the progress of treatment in diabetic patients. It causes blood sugar levels do vary a lot from normal to quite a higher level of blood sugar (Babova, Occhipinti & Maffei, 2016). To such patients, the chosen diet supplement can prove to be effective. The diet supplement is not just good for the management of glucose level but will also provide some other health benefits like a healthy blood flow. A blood flow is indeed necessary for a proper functioning of each part of the body (Willie et al., 2014).
As stated earlier, Yunnan was being selected as the destination for trip by the learner. The place was selected due to a fact that cultivation for arabica in Yunnan is continually expanding. On the other hand, there is global shortage for arabica. Notably, the increasingly growing preference for the production of arabica coffee has already attracted the international buyers and investors. According to the buyers from North America and the European countries, Yunnan is a potential place for arabica (Liu et al., 2018). These were all the reasons which the learner had considered while planning for the business trip. In addition to the stated facts in the aforesaid sections, this was also considered that arabica coffee is one of the very essential ingredients of Green Coffee Diet Support. This was also why the learner had got attracted to the business trip.
Being the business development manager of the case study company, the learner is responsible for taking innovative and productive decisions to make the difference to the customers and the business. The trip to Yunnan in China was just to serve the same purpose. Green Coffee Diet Support was identified as the shortlisted product because it is beneficial in many health related needs. It does not only help to manage the glucose level but also supports in maintaining a healthy blood flow in the human body. The list of benefits is just a few; however, are very impactful indeed. Being the BDM of the case study company, the learner had identified the business potentials with the chosen diet supplement. However, this was also important to identify the suppliers for the ingredients required for preparing the supplement. One of such ingredients is arabica coffee which plays a very vital role in supporting the glucose management and supporting the pancreatic health (Babova, Occhipinti & Maffei, 2016). The task was pretty difficult for the learner to identify the potential suppliers for the required ingredients. However, the extensive research works that the learner performed using the trusted secondary resources had helped to identify the best place to get the required ingredient. The learner had decided to visit to Yunnan in China to meet with potential suppliers of arabica coffee.
The trip was a bit challenging because meeting with suppliers was not just the purpose which the learner was looking for. The learner had also required to identify whether the business relationships with suppliers in Yunnan will be profitable or they will be able to meet the demands of a diet supplement. The learner had met a few of suppliers in Yunnan and tried to know the possibility of business with them. Suppliers were not very sure of what will be the future of arabica coffee in Yunnan. This is because the production of arabica coffee is still very low considering the global shortage of arabica (Ram&irez, Grajed & Arellano, 2014). Suppliers were optimistic for a better future of arabica in Yunnan; however, not sure of the exact time this will take for things to turn up accordingly. The production for arabica is still growing and there are ample places left to be occupied with better strategies. The learner had also come to know that few companies are paying attention to the production of arabica in Yunnan. Companies will further invest in improving the facilities for washing, milling and blending. The purpose of working in these areas is to lift the level of quality of the arabica coffee (Saebi & Foss, 2015). Quality arabica will be able to mitigate the global shortage of arabica coffee.
The business trip was very productive indeed. The learner was able to collect information on the suppliers and the quality of arabica coffee. The production of arabica in Yunnan is continually going through improvements for its production as well as quality. According to the learner, Yunnan should be the ideal place to work with. The case study company will have broader prospects in working with suppliers in Yunnan. Despite being the limited producer of arabica, the place is better than any other parts of world for its innovative approaches towards increasing the arabica production and improving its quality as well (França et al., 2017).

The trip was decided or planned to identify the business prospect with Yunnan for getting the arabica coffee. The trip was very productive from various means. The trip helped the learner to know a much of the thing about the suppliers of arabica and also its production in Yunnan. The learner was able to collect a huge amount of information which is necessary to make an impact on the managing director of the case study company. Being the business development manager, it was needed for the learner to have the enough of information about suppliers and the production of arabica in Yunnan. Moreover, the presentation had needed to be impactful, so that, the managing director gets convinced and also plan an action ahead for the business with suppliers in Yunnan. Yunnan is actually believed as the one place that could significantly mitigate the global shortage for arabica (Ram&irez, Grajed & Arellano, 2014). However, the learner had informed his manager on a fact that the current production rate is still not the sufficient to mitigate the global shortage. It is still expanding and is expected to solve the crisis in future. However, this may take time. The learner had needed to make an impactful presentation, so that, the managing director is convinced and is equally excited about doing business with the suppliers of arabica in Yunnan. The learner did this by informing his director about the innovative approaches which are in process in Yunnan. The learner did explain that the local companies are paying attention to the quality of arabica coffee produced in Yunnan. They are trying to improve the standard of quality which will further attract many international buyers and the investors.

The learner was able to establish and explain all the necessary information which is generally required before initiating a business relationship with foreign suppliers. Notably, there is no better place than Yunnan in China to import the arabica coffee needed to prepare Green Coffee Diet Support. This looks a better prospect for the ABC Company and for its existing business value. The business should expectedly mount to good heights with the manufacturing of Green Coffee Diet Support.
