As a leader, I have to understand the wants of individuals as they are the assets of the company and the requirements of the customers has to be handled in a positive manner. The workplace health and wellbeing of the employees are essential as this will increase the morale of employees and this will increase the productivity of the organization as well.

Lastly, one to one mentoring is the other essential learning style as this will provide the coaching that can help in gaining more knowledge on different practical aspects of wedding photography
There are different working methods that includes planning, procedural, insecurity, problem solving and reactionary work methods. The planning work helps in analysing the effectiveness of the work and solve the issues with proper planning.
Secondly, the procedural method can assist in measuring the steps that are required to be taken while performing the tasks and this will help in completing the tasks appropriately with implementation of different kind of strategies. This will provide rise to the different kind of personal development.
Lastly, the problem-solving work method can assist in personal development by completing the different tasks in an appropriate manner and this will include the measurement techniques in maintaining the personal performance effectively.
