Discuss about the Written Articulation and Viva Voice for Moral Courage in Organizations.
Robert had a good position in the Mill industry and he had a right to act the way he likes. According to provisions of ethical actions, I believe that Robert would be morally right when his decisions involved these actions. Robert needed to make decisions based on universal laws and provisions. In another word, the decision of closing the Bread Mill Ltd should largely consider the entire community where he was brought to be a successful manager (Pearson, 2017). Additionally, Robert needed not to lie to the community that depends on industry for their daily meal. Ethical conducts provide one should make the decision after evaluating the impacts of something. Therefore, I feel Robert would morally right when he protect closure of the Bread Mill Ltd.
The worldview provides that the actions of destroying the compatibility of the community should be condemned. In a similar way, the core objective of the meeting does not uphold ethical values. Therefore, if Robert could stand with the principles emphasized, he would be morally wrong. Greedy for senior positions in the HR management system should not make Robert act against ethical provisions (Thibaut, 2017). I feel that moral actions should help Robert realize the values of the community values to convince the senior management of the importance of Bread Mill Ltd to local people. As such, Robert would be morally right according to ethical conducts of community.
The civil jurisdiction of law provides that right actions are attributed by personal character. Robert position as a senior manager in the top performing corporate shows his integrity work. I believe every community is governed by rules developed on cultural knowledge (Royzman, Landy, and Leeman, 2015). As such, I would make decision of not closing the Bread Mill Ltd since it plays a major role in the community development. Individual beliefs can influence some to engage in decisions that are morally wrong. As such, I would prefer Robert to reflects on decision he was about to make to maintain moral standards of a community.
In this case of Bread Mill Ltd, I would voice the following moral values and norms based on society provision. Cultural values provides that it is not right for a person to make hast decisions especially to when impact is on large. Importantly, there is need to consult relevant influential individual to understand provisions of the community’s culture. Moral values of consulting before acting can help Robert to act accordingly as a HR senior manager. Moral values require Robert to consult managers of different department to create awareness even if his final decision is to close the Bread Mill Ltd (Pearson, 2017). Additionally; the ethical responsibility requires an influential person to challenge understanding of different people in the organization to initiates resourceful decisions and actions. In this case, cultural norms enhance on behaviors of high minded and principled person to a decision that anticipates substantial outcomes.
Ethic convictions design some better assertions values that guide different individual to act ethically right. These moral norms help in making resourceful decisions. For example, if Robert was willing to consult different members of Bread Mill Ltd other than his wife, there would be outcome-oriented ethics. The Moral worldview helps in reflecting on universal values of protecting and respecting other people imperatively. With this view, it would be easy for Robert to practice actions of protecting innocent people in the community. Robert should be dedicated to protect other people based on cultural norms and values. Imperative behaviors generate different worldview of articulating on equality of rights based on humankind interests (Newman, Freitas and Knobe, 2015). Therefore, Robert can consider moral values instead of acting based on family reasons.
These norms and values can be enacted in different w zays to helps solve the case of Robert as senior manage in Bread Mill. The value of espousing on major role played by Bread Mill Ltd in the community structure can help effectively present interests of innocents’ people in society. Robert needs to have statement of purpose as HR senior manager of the Bread Mill to effectively present cases of innocent laborer in the industry. Cultural values are initiated through by developing optimistic arguments in the reality of senior management system. Enacting cultural values in the case of Robert can help develop a good understanding on the reality of the situations. The meeting held by HR profession was driven by personal interests rather the need to solve people (McCarthy and Gastmans, 2015). Cultural values can help Robert to develop a reflection based on decisions of closing the Bread Mill Corporate. As such, Robert will be able to make decision based on interest of local people rather than luxury of his family.
Equally important, procedure of enacting moral values in the meeting proceeding would help the organization’s member to develop a view based on strengths of the culture rather than individual feelings. As such, related issues in the case of study provides that shared values in the community system can help HR stakeholders develop their goals based on creating job opportunities to the local people. Based on key symbol of the surveying visible values in the case study, good resolutions can be designed in initiating Mill’s distribution networks. The enactment of the key values in the society system helps in convincing Robert that current job opportunity is not relevant than the interests of entire community (Matza, and Sykes, 2017). With these enactment procedures, Robert would easily make morally right decisions concerning the closure of the Bread Mill Ltd.
The process of voicing moral values in the case of Robert is facilitates by different emotional factors. The aggressiveness to approach every aspects of moral value is enabled by interacting social values. These actions help many people to act accordingly especially when upholding social values in the society system. My effort to enact these social values is influenced by emotional feeling that helps individual to feel self-worth. In the case of Bread Mill Ltd, Robert is much emotional to make decisions that will earn him a good job. Robert is not guided by moral values since he left the meeting emotionally upset. Cognitive behaviors have negative influence in the effort of voicing moral values. Cognitive behaviors of a personal are largely regarded as disablers in the effort of initiating moral values (Machery, 2008). The case of Robert as senior manager in the Bread Mill Ltd designs some uncomfortable environments in HR meeting on global strategies.
Cultural organization of different corporation helps in increasing local HR planning to create more job opportunities. The growth of Bread Mill Ltd is facilitated by a cultural organization of the people to enables productivity in the northern market of Tasmania. The cultural organization has enabled my effort of initiating moral values in the community. Moral norms and values are the foundation of enacting community policies. As such, there are better ways of encouraging people to act morally rights. In the political organization, my effort of initiating good virtues while acting or making decisions was disabled. The effort of initiating better behaviors is affected by the political structure of the community (Kuhse, 2015). In most cases, decision making tends to consider personal interests rather than services to the people. Bread Mill Ltd closure is largely influenced by political waves in the meeting conducted to convince Robert as HR manager. Therefore, many institutions in the business system influence personal responsibility in initiating core moral values in an organization.
The effort of voicing appropriate moral values in to the community was challenged by some weakness and strengths. The class discourse my approaches in addressing core values and they found some issues like inability to convince people on importance of doing the right thing. Many people in the society system are much obsesses on personal development regardless of different provisions in the moral value (Kelsen 2017). For example, Robert could make decision of taking the offer of job opportunity and subject the entire society into misery. The class discourse my methods of enacting moral values and were convincingly effective to many people.
There were some issues while addressing how people should morally behave in the community. The class identified some approaches I used that were not effective to convince people to do right thing based on cultural provisions. As such, I was advised to be specific on stating right actions in the community culture (Johnstone and Hutchinson, 2015). The class commented on my mode of addressing moral values as not detailed. They required some approaches that could influence people while making decisions in the community system. I was recommended to have some specific means of voicing moral values.
There are number of thing I feel I discourse sufficiently well based on provisions of moral values in society. Firstly, I had some better ways of illustrating worldview on moral conducts. For example, in case of Bread Mill Ltd I define the key aspects of actions which were morally right and their impacts to local people. Secondly, I feel my methods of enacting moral values were much convincing to people. My voicing approaches were simple and clear to make every group of audience understand (Comer and Vega, 2015). Thirdly, there was better explanation on factors that influence ability to voice moral values. For example, emotional influence result to negative capability of making morally rights decision. Lastly, I feel that I developed a good relationship of right moral with the case that involves Robert as a senior HR manager. My arguments on this case could help Robert make right decisions on closure of Bread Mill Ltd.
There are a number of things that I need to improve in my effort of voicing moral values in the community system. I needed to have a better understanding of community moral values to identify every issue in the northern mill. With this effort, it would easier to develop a good reason why it was morally wrong to close Bread Mill Ltd. Moral values provides better overview of individual actions especially while in top positions (Christians et al., 2105). I feel I should have evaluated the main ideas behind closure of the Bread Mill Ltd to successfully voice moral values as an important element in community system. Equally important, I feel I need to address the old technology operations in the industry as sufficient reason of closing the industry.
In future, I would take the following actions in developing persuasive actions in such a case. I feel I should employ skills of initiating clarity while voicing moral values in community with diverse culture. As such, many people would develop a better understanding on key elements of moral values to influence their behaviors of acting morally right (Blau, 2017). I feel that I need to have better skills of initiating motivation advice to helps challenge emotional, political, cultural and institutional factors in society. My methods of enacting moral values were largely challenged by personal interest. As such, I felt there need to improve my future approach of emphasizing on individual moral actions.
